2026 Chicago Leadership Trip

Every year, EDC organizes delegations to reflect on the region’s economic inclusion and inspire employer commitment to the 2030 Inclusive Growth goals. Often it takes stepping outside of our region to reflect on who we are and who we want to be. This year EDC heads to the windy city with an exclusive of 40 San Diego public and private leaders.

We will meet with leaders from organizations such as A Better Chicago, Civic Committee, P33, and other organizations driving job growth through innovative solutions and exciting collaborations across the greater Chicago area.
