San Jose Leadership Trip

Most every year, EDC hosts a Leadership Trip to a strategic peer metro. Guided by our Inclusive Growth strategy, the trips help expose dozens of San Diego’s private sector, nonprofit, academic, and government leaders to other regions engaged in similar work. The trips have also proven equally valuable for growing relationships and strategic partnerships among attendees. After all, it is only with and through a broader group of stakeholders that more quality jobs, skilled talent, and thriving households in San Diego is possible.

Often it takes stepping outside of our region to get the best look at who we are and who we want to be. On to San Jose!
