Immerse yourself in the perspective of our region’s entry level talent

Join us for EDC’s Advancing San Diego flagship talent event, Reaching Tomorrow’s Talent. This event will bring together educators from our Verified Programs and employers from San Diego’s key industries to align on the high-demand skills employers are looking for and how those skills can be better implemented into classrooms.

The event will feature a program that includes a panel of key industry leaders discussing hiring trends for entry-level talent in their organizations. Employers will then be asked to walk through an entry-level person’s onboarding plan, giving educators an opportunity to walk in the shoes of their students as they transition from education to workplace.
