Business Working Group: Shape tomorrow’s workforce

Contribute to an Advancing San Diego Employer Working Group to help determine talent investment in the region.

In collaboration with the Border Region Talent Pipeline K-16 Collaborative, EDC invites San Diego companies to join an Employer Working Group focused on building a stronger talent pipeline in business occupations. By proactively addressing changes to job dynamics and requisite skills due to the rise of artificial intelligence, we will ensure that local companies have access to a diverse pool of qualified talent.

Participating companies are asked to identify one talent acquisition leader and one subject matter expert or hiring manager to attend this meeting.

• Accountants and Auditors
• Human Resources Specialists
• Marketing and Communications Specialists
