With a growing portion of its business coming from international markets, Dr. Bronner’s needed an effective marketing strategy to increase sales in the growing Taiwanese market. Specifically, Dr. Bronner’s needed tactful translation assistance, cultural expertise and marketing assitance to connect with this emerging market.

As part of MetroConnect, Dr. Bronner’s leveraged its $10,000 grant with existing marketing funds to conduct targeted digital ad campaigns in Taiwan. Additionally, Dr. Bronner’s leveraged SYSTRAN’s precision AI translation software (another perk of MetroConnect) to help accurately translate campaigns.

Results

Taiwan is now one of Dr. Bronner’s fastest growing international market. As a result of the resources provided by the MetroConnect program, Dr. Bronner’s online campaign generated more than $1.9M in purchase value and generated more than 8 million impressions.
